Product Description
Mandrel built high pressure wire reinforced steam hose designed for service with superheated steam in heat control, fire prevention etc. In many industries at max pressure of 17 ATM(250 psi).
There are two kinds of Steam Hose -- One is wire braid; the other one is fabric braid.
TUBE: Synthetic rubber EPDM or Silicone
COVER: Black or Red Pyrosyn, smooth finish, pin-pricked
REINFORCEMENT: Braided steel wire (3/4" and 1" have 2 steel wire braids)
TEMPERATURE: -40° F to 450° F (-40° C to 236° C)
TUBE: Black, smooth, EPDM rubber specially compounded to withstand super heated steam
TEMPERATURE RANGE: -40~+236 degree celcius
REINFORCEMENT: Plies of fabric
COVER: Red, smooth (wrapped finish)
PACKAGING: Usually 50meters or 100meters per piece
